Sahil Shah is a partner with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP and practices within the firm’s Real Estate and Community Associations departments. His practice focuses on transactional real estate and finance including all aspects of the purchase and sale, financing, development and leasing of commercial and residential property.  Sahil also acts as counsel to community associations (townhomes, condominiums and planned unit developments) and their management companies.

In addition, Sahil advises clients on environmental regulatory matters including the remediation of property with environmental contamination and compliance with California’s Proposition 65. 

Prior to joining Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, Sahil was an associate in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm.
