Carlos Blumberg is a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP. He is an experienced litigator with extensive experience in complex civil litigation, general liability, and real estate law. He has represented, negotiated, and resolved many cases in his career. He has also successfully tried jury and bench cases in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Blumberg was appointed and served as an Alternate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Las Vegas, Judge Pro Tem for the Clark County Justice Court, Administrative Law Judge for the State of Nevada Business and Lending, Arbitrator for the 8th Judicial District Court, Foreclosure Mediator, and Hearing Master for Officer Involved Fatalities.

In addition, Mr. Blumberg previously served as a legislative advisor to US Senator Harry Reid in Washington D.C.

Mr. Blumberg earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has also supplemented his education by successfully earning numerous certificates from Harvard Business School Online.

Mr. Blumberg has lived in Las Vegas for many years and has been licensed as an attorney in the State of Nevada since 2001.

Mr. Blumberg is fluent in Spanish.
