Christopher Muno is a partner with Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Muno has broad real estate transactional experience representing institutional and non-institutional investors, developers, operators, and financial institutions in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, construction, operation, leasing and disposition of various commercial real estate asset classes, including retail, hospitality, industrial, multi‐family, office, and vacant land.
Mr. Muno has experience:

Representing sellers and buyers in connection with stock and asset purchase transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of individual assets, asset portfolios, operating companies, and REITs as well as distressed and non-distressed debt.

Counseling both borrowers and lenders, drafting and negotiating credit agreements, promissory notes, indentures, security agreements, and operating agreements in connection with term, bridge, revolving, bond, preferred equity, repurchase, securitized, mezzanine, and mortgage financing.

Advising clients in connection with the formation of joint ventures including the drafting and negotiation of limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, by‐laws, shareholder agreements and other corporate documents, construction management agreements, property management agreements, asset management agreements, hotel management agreements, and other related documents.

Working closely with clients on various transactional, structural, general corporate and organizational advisory matters.
