He represents sole proprietors, small to mid-sized businesses and privately-owned entities and organizations in a variety of areas. Having a master’s degree in business administration, Mr. Petro can combine his business and legal background, education and expertise in order to provide legal advice, business strategies and documentation with a sound business foundation. He also represents privately held companies in a wide variety of industries in seeking investment financing through private placement offerings.
