Leslie Steven Marks is a former partner of the firm and managed the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Marks currently serves as a full time “Neutral” in connection with disputes involving construction, real estate, business, commercial and consumer claims and litigation. Mr. Marks is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a mediator with Alternative Resolution Centers (ARC). Mr. Marks frequently lectures on real estate and construction law to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and numerous trade and non-profit organizations. He has also published several articles on related topics.
