In this transaction, the firm represented the lender. Additionally, in a separate transaction the firm negotiated an approximately 9 and a half year lease (on behalf of the landlord) to a post-production company of approximately 90% of a commercial building in Culver City, with a parent company guaranty, an option to extend, completion of landlord work and a tenant improvement allowance.
