Mr. Shah’s practice focuses on transactional real estate and finance including all aspects of the purchase and sale, financing, development and leasing of commercial and residential property.  Mr. Shah also acts as counsel to community associations (townhomes, condominiums and planned unit developments) and their management companies. In addition, he advises clients on environmental regulatory matters including the remediation of property with environmental contamination and compliance with California’s Proposition 65.
